India as people tell is not a fit for nothing country. According to Olympics people blindly believe that India is not capable. The truth is India is better than the medal winning countries and it could do better..... It is right to discuss what india missed instead of asking what it lacked. - In the first international Olympics participated by India , only athlete to participate was Norman Pritchard and he won two silver medals in athletic events. - India consecutively won 6 Olympic gold medals in the game of hockey starting from 1928 which was even before the time of independence. -The last Olympic gold in hockey was on 1980 in the Moscow Olympics. That is when the downfall of Indian hockey team took root.
The reason are many out of which few can be noted. - Apart from blaming the government, it was the declining sense of patriotism in the minds of the youths who valued money more than fame. - Who wish to win are not always allowed. Madhuli Kulkarni of ALTIUS Centre for Excellence in Delhi speaks about the discouragement parents give to their own children to put them to routine and the so called SAFE ZONE. It is always not a one man fault for letting the flame go down. So stop blaming. Lets move some rocks together. The Constitution is FOR THE PEOPLE and let's remind them that.

MR.Durden Apart from these problems the funds which are allocated to the particular game is not attained by the players of such games respectively.... The problem is the game which has more credits or fans such as cricket and football are considered and the others games are prefered as the second choice in priority chart .... That too in India cricket plays a vital role in the field what I have stated above .... The players from games like basketball, volleyball, tennis, badminton are creating records... Hence if we provide equal importance to all games we can still survive in this competitive world as a top country in the priority list ..

Mr.Durden
Can you please speak about those 12% below poverty line people and their struggle in their day to day life.
First of all they don't have any routine life like us.
Here in India ,survival of fittest is very complicated.
Expecting your reply.

Robert: First of all representing a country is not a cake walk ....And Robert am very sorry to say that 12% people are misused by the politicians only for their vote .... Instead they are not prefered for their talents in the events .... And moreover participating or representing itself a very tough time ...And its a first step for their success ....If they lose ,its not that they are unfit but its not their day

Hah Robert I didnt mean in that way ....See what you mean is that they are ready to do and government is not taking any steps ...The fault is on both sides no matter in pointing the people or pointing the government...Government gives less preference to them since they show less interest ....Can u say that those people are perfect in all forms ...No way ...V can help them to develop but its very stupid to say that we font consider ...people who are helping others are still helping .....Thats it bro ...calm down. No issues....
