Before..entering, let us know about Kashmir
Kashmir is a international border of china,pakistan and india.This state have the special autonomy of article 370 by the indian constitution.. In early days this is the place of hindu religion and famous for Buddhism later it becomes dominant state for Muslims.
We all should know about,"Instrument of accession" it is a legal understanding document between Maharaja hari singh a king of kashmir and indian government agreed to join a dominion of india in Oct 1947 but in this accession lord Mountbatten remarks and offer made by government of India to "conduct a referendum to determine the future of kashmir to stay in india otherwise in Pakistan". But later indian government refused this offer due to the misusing the accession by Pakistan.
Always this happening in Kashmir and last few months this becomes a more problem for indian government and Kashmirians,because of after the death of Burhan wani,he was killed by army.he was a Commander of Azad Kashmir based on hizbul mujahideen also he was famous for his activity in social media by posting the articles, videos against indian constitution. in his funeral more than 50,000 thousand people joined.
After his funeral ,Kashmir becomes outbreaks to other illegal activities due to this, the Kashmir is fully under controlled by the defence of india ,Kashmir people basic needs fully struck. And their life becomes worse and their peace is left out.
Will Kashmir return to normal state ?..
And the mind of kashmir people should be test by UNO and indian government ,by demanding the General election to Kashmiri's people??...
