We All should know about our Basic Fundamental rights,But fact in that we don't want to know our Basic fundamental rights.But we should know our basic rights to withstand our Rights in our country.
Iam here to concentrate our one of the fundamental rights is FREEDOM OF SPEECH.By Article 19 (1)a we have Rights to express our views But not to OFFEND.
But for Namesake this law still in india for past 60 years .
Why iam insisting to know about this basic law because we don't have enough awareness to know about our Rights.But the thing is we can't use this law to express our view in india ,If we did we can imprisoned for lifetime by worst law ever we experience is IPC 124a .
Because we are got arrested in the name of misusing the Rights but real thing is we got suppressed by government for using our Rights feel the difference.
In recent years not a recent years for a past 60 years we are suppressed by government, for example iam displayed some incidents below:
1.9000 people were arrested by police and filed case in IPC 124a for protest against kudankulam powerplant.
2.And most important case which that Assem Trevati was arrested for creating cartoons against government.
3.kovan a folk singer who got arrested for his lyrics against government liquor show in tamilnadu. and same MANNISH who was environmental activist got arrested and tortured by police.
By witness these cases we can conclude In india we don't have rights to express our views.
So,Here time to get our Rights in very polite manner by AHIMSA.
