The answer for the above question is NO.
We people all are always saying that the value for one human lives is another human.
How can this possible ,what ever may be the crime,the judgement for that crime should not be death penalty because human value is infinity when compare with other things.
In recent news in Mumbai the High Court gave the judgement for one acid attack on preeti rathi who was 23 when she was murdered.Her neighborhood Ankur panwar attack her after she rejected his marriage proposal.After the attack Ms.Rathi suffered severely and died on may 2013.
When this appeared on HC ,Court gave "rarely rare" judgement of death penalty to Ankur panwar.
But after this judgment these type of crime will decrease ?..Absolutely Not Because ,
We don't have enough Patience to think about these things like love proposal, marriage proposal,we don't have enough basic knowledge to understand this type of complicated situation and this end with DEATH.
Because still we don't understand and not aware of Human values and what is kindness and feeling of others ,we all always think very individual way and only care about our own feelings.
The perfect solution to control these type crimes and to withstand the real Kindness on others:
1.In the name of teaching subjects which is useful to their future, our all education institution and government failed to teach our "value education", Which is more important than other degrees.
2.First parents should teach all of these to their children to make them very valuable Human beings.
